OneMillionGiraffes.com - Jørgen was wrong!

Remember that you can't use a computer to create your giraffes!
And you have to make them yourself.

No store bought items or photographs from zoos/safaris will be accepted.
Anything else goes! And you can create as many giraffes as you want!
You can read more about these rules here if you want to.

The website is now monitored by volunteers and new giraffes are added on a very irregular basis.
So please don't expect your giraffe to appear immediately.

I reserve the right to use all artwork submitted to this project however I want.

one million giraffes

Jørgen was wrong.

On the 6th of June last year I made a bet with my good friend, Jørgen. He didn't believe it was possible for me to collect one million giraffes. 440 days later I proved him wrong with help of people from all around the world. 102 countries helped out showing Jørgen how amazing the internet is.

You can find all of the one million giraffes on this site, in fact there are
1 004 532 giraffes here now! The project is over, but the website lives on! There's even a book now! You can still upload a giraffe by clicking here.

I want to thank everyone who sent in a giraffe or two. You made this happen. Not me. I am forever grateful for making this an adventure I will tell my grandchildren about untill they hate hearing about it. Thank you.

How to play this silly little game

Type in the age you think the creator of the giraffe to the left is.
Hit the enter key and voila!
You'll see if you guessed the correct age in a blue box.
There's now a new giraffe on the left that you can guess the age of.
